โLoved the decor and openness of the lobby and the roof top, chic and not stuffy. Same for the big comfy rooms, i often run out of my hotel rushing to explore but there I took my time hanging out. And the friendly staff adds to the great atmosphere. Basically loved every thing โ
โReally pleased with the location - across the street from BSU and 10 minutes from Ann Morrison Park and the Boise Green Belt - also with the size of the rooms, and most of all with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy working here and with each other which says a lot about the management! โ
โThe carpets in the hallway are decades old and have been duct taped in some areas and are shredded and bunched in others. It made the whole hotel feel grungy. Actual room was in good condition and clean. There was a balcony, but no chair to sit in although the downstairs rooms had chairs on their patios. โ

Day 1: I left $1 of tip and the room had been cleaned.
Day 2: I'm not sure if I forgot to leave a tip or if I left it. When I returned in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned.
Day 3: I left $1 on the bed. The room hadn't been cleaned, but the money was taken (only the trash can had been emptied without new towels and no bed makeup). Later, at midnight, I found water socked wet hand towel under the bed sheet. I...
โYou pay for what you get. The surprise 50 deposit is always a nice touch. After driving for 9 plus hours I jus wanted to lay down. I carry my own blanket n sheets when I travel. There was left over frozen food in the fridge from who knows when. โ
