"FIrst off, call before you book! To: 1) Confirm all three of their elevators are actually working. During the trip, one was out of order the entire time. The second one, intermittenly down. The wait was consistently 15-20min. 2) Ask if they have ongoing events. The Masons event went into the weekend, followed by another that they failed to mention when we asked. The staff, depending on who you interacted with, was night and day. Either curt with you - the fromt desk - or actually kind and hospitable - very few people. The positive things, well, they were dwarfed by the disappointment. The last morning, we called at 7:30am and asked for a later checkout. Response: You can do 12pm. Then she abruptly ended the call. At 11am, a knock at the door saying it was checkout time. 11:30am, same thing. 11:45, another knock. Not soon after, a phone call from the front desk - the same rude staff member - stating "checkout was at 11am, you should have left already."
