The staff at the property was amazing, and the breakfast was fantastic! They had everything you could want for breakfast, including bagels, eggs, a variety of cold cereals, waffles, coffee, and tea. The only downside was the parking. It costs $55 per night, or you have to pay by the hour at the parking meter. Other than the expensive parking, it was a great experience!

Extremely nice hotel. Parking is valet so expensive . I did have a cold shower. Breakfast was great. TV had built in apps so we could use our accounts.

Everything provided for our stay met all of our needs! Staff was exceptionally friendly and was very attentive to guest needs. The only downfall to this hotel was road closures and trying to actually get to the hotel.

The staff and breakfast was well worth staying in downtown St. Louis. I would be cautious being out at night, but the hotel was very safe with on-duty police patrolling.

Older building with modernized rooms. Wasn't a fan of the Energy Saver light switch in half.of the room and parking is a nightmare right because of construction. Great location for baseball games, concerts, etc. Excellent breakfast options provided by property and definitely a safe, secure building.

Arrived at 10pm. People sleeping on the street. Only street parking, valet was $55 per night. Asked security outside if my car would get broken into if we parked on the street, he replied he couldn’t make any promises. Continued to check in, as soon as we walked into the room we were hit by a wave of odor. We decided to stay else where. Staff was nice. Hotel is not giving us a refund. Very disappointed.

Checking in took over 40 minutes. Staff overwhelmed and seemed to have computer problems. Room was clean but shower faucet needed delimed and attention. Breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner. The hotel was fully booked and it seemed the kitchen and staff had not been prepared for the crowd that was there wanting to be fed and out the door for their convention. We skipped breakfast the second morning because of the disappointing first morning. The coffee bar was not stocked and that was a disappointment. The staff were polite and friendly.

Under construction so parking caused a few inconveniences. Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly. Enjoyed my stay with my grandbabies. The whole size refrigerator was lovely!!!
