We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on expedia and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps language barrier. Will return for location, apartment size and locally owned cafe underneath. Dynastic group experience below average.

Our Trip

we wanted a one night stay to see BENIDORM.. I booked very easily online, and had a telephone call the same day to confirm my booking. The apartments were well equipped . Very clean Friendly service swimming pool facility's and a nice cafe. Location was great for us as we wanted to shop and see some acts, very close to the town. My only negative was there wasn't any air conditioning. Lots of windows to open though..

this hotel is all you need

We really enjoyed our stay at apartamento Mayra . The room was comfortable and clean. The service from Ramona was first class. The location is ideal , and local for all the bars and restaraunts. The only drawback was the tv, if you are on a long stay, and want a night in the channels are limited. We will definitely stay there again.

Very dated.

My advice to anyone who is going to book this...pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else.Noisy outside at night,Hotel itself is very dated and really needs upgrading.Also noticed that the local dossers come up to the snack bar eary in the morning for breakfast...shouldnt be allowed.
