Very friends staff , recommended the best room for the best view . Although we didn't stay at the club due to renovation we stayed opposite at BCL Beach and would pick this again due to the great sized 2 bedroom apartments

Hotel rooms were basic with kitchen area and decent sized balcony . Rooms were clean with maid service a couple of times a week . Towels could be changed at reception . Staff were very friendly and drinks and snacks at poll area reasonably priced. Pool area was ok but would have benefited from regular cleaning. Was busy at weekends with groups for birthdays, stags and hens but nothing too wild . Hotel was fine for a base ,clean and not overly rowdy.
