Apartment was immaculate and a very good location. The walls were a bit thin and everything could be heard from the next apartment. But would definitely stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely clean apartment. Everything needed. Located in the old town. 30 to 45 minute walk to the strip. Beach 5 minute walk away. Shops and restaurants close by. Staff very helpful. Would highly recommend good price as well considering I was on my own.

Excellent

Really good, the superior apartment was quite large with no less than 3 balconies. It’s a great place to stay with a coffee machine and washing machine. The bathroom was large and the shower was excellent. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed so could sleep up to 4 people. Excellent place and we will definitely be back again soon.

The hosts especially Lily were very helpful and welcoming. If you need anything just ask! Contact with hosts is by whats app.,Netflix is available with a subscription. The apartment is very modern and has everything required including excellent air conditioning, free safe, free washing machine with free pods, great shower, fridge, hob, microwave, very comfortable bed, free tea, coffee, filters. Shower gel and soap supplied in bathroom. 10 mins walk to bus stops on the main road which is called James 1 in English. The bus routes are not easy to understand but if you need one the fare is only 1.60€. Plenty of local shops, bars, and supermarkets.10mins walk to the old town and 30mins walk to the British area named Rincon de Loix where you will find all the entertainment. Both the main beaches are within easy walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Clean, tidy and basic stay for a couple of nights.

Great location, easy access to old town and surrounding areas whilst out of the centre of the hustle and bustle. Took us about 10 mins stroll into the centre of the old town and promenade area. The apartment is ok for a couple of days, I wouldn't like to stay a week. Although it had everything we needed it was small. You couldn't access balcony, washer, microwave or front door once the sofa bed was down. Couldn't sit on the sofa as a sofa as seat cushion just fall off, velcro straps missing to fasten them. Balcony big enough for 1 person in reality but still nice to have. Some of the cups were dirty in the cupboard. Nice touch to have 1 filter paper and some coffee to use on arrival along with a bottle of water. struggled to get 2 hot showers out of the tank of water. Not great when there was 3 of us in the apartment (family room). The noise of the neighbours moving furniture until after midnight was less than ideal and started again at 7am. So much for silent rule. There is nobody available to monitor rules are adhered to.

Great accommodation (for 2 max)

Just returned from a 5 night stay here. Apartments were clean and well equipped, a few teabags / coffee / sugar provided with kettle and coffee filter. Also kettle and microwave. Shower gel and hand soap provided in bathroom. The apartment block was in a good location in Benidorm Old Town. Approx 7 minute meander down hill to the beach and harbour. We booked a standard apartment, which is meant to accommodate 4 people, however, for 3 of us we did find it very small and a little impractical. Only two people can fit on balcony (2 chairs and small table), and once the sofa bed is unfolded there is no room to get past the bed to the balcony and a very tight shuffle to get to the front door or bathroom / bedroom. There is very little / no storage for your items if staying on the sofa bed. Host is responsive and friendly via WhatsApp. Bins get collected outside VERY early most mornings, and will wake you up even with earplugs in!!!!!! Very noisy! Would i stay here again? Yes if travelling with just 1 other person for a few nights.

La ragazza che gestisce gli appartamenti è molto carina e socievole. L'appartamento in se è molto bello, pulito, con tutti i comfort del caso. Non viene effettuato il cambio asciugamani, non viene pulita la camera, bisogna fare da soli, e non c'è un servizio lavanderia, ma è presente una lavatrice in stanza. La spiaggia è vicina, i dintorni non sono ottimi ma ci si adatta e gli spostamenti sono facili. Consigliato!

En general aceptable, pero había detalles que no me gustaron, faltaba limpieza, la ducha no tragaba agua y el sofá cama le hacía falta una buena limpieza, por lo demás todo bien, muy ordenado, muy bien ubicado y un detalle dejar agua, té y café.

El alojamiento es pequeño aunque para su precio que más puedes pedir, tiene un olor fuerte a tubería que viene de la pila, además por la noche la pequeña nevera que tiene hace un ruido muy fuerte que durante la estancia nos despertaba siempre de madrugada, por lo demás bien, se ajusta al precio y zona

Apartamentos nuevos y con todos lo necesario. Al estar en el centro el aparcamiento es zona azul, aunque hay parking público gratuito a 20 min andando .
