8.4/10 Very Good! (2,267 reviews)
For this property to be so expensive I expected better customer service and a cleaner room.
Cons-
1. The furniture in my room was extremely dusty AND the bed was on wheels so every time
I sat down or moved in the bed the bed moved! Some mornings my pillows would be on the floor in the space between the mattress and the headboard.
2. The walls are SUPER thin. I heard the person in the room next to mine entire conversation.
3. Most of the staff members are very blah and not very welcoming. Especially the gentleman working the cafe in the afternoon.
4. There isn’t any real room service options, expect for the little cafe that has shipped in pastries and bagged chips and snacks. The restaurant on site only allows pick up and is extremely expensive. A burger and fries was 45 dollars.
5. The front desk workers can be a little confused if you are doing more than just checking in or out. If you have questions about your bill or room issues they seem to be confused and will need to get a manager.
Pros-
1. We had a room on the 36th floor which had an absolute beautiful view!
2. It’s about a 12-15min walk to the closest subway station. There are some hills so if you don’t mind that then it’s a nice walk.
3. The room was really spacious.
4. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel.

8/10 Very Good! (2,272 reviews)
"I once watched a documentary about a Norweigan prison. The room looked like that, but without a desk (although with a bathroom.) This isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's just the color is truly seafoam-green prison-ish and of course the rooms are tiny."
