I will never book here again & definitely do not recommend this hotel. The first room they put me in the sheets were completely dirty and stained as if they didn’t clean the room and the shower did not work AT ALL! the person working tried to help but unfortunately was told all rooms were sold out so they weren’t able to move me. Eventually I was moved to another room which again was not cleaned up from the last guests as the garbage had open used condoms, I legit went and bought sheets just so I can feel a bit comfortable. I contacted Expedia support and they called this establishment multiple times and not one call was picked up from two different agents two different days. NEVER AGAIN…

Just a very old and outdated place. No hot water. This place is nowhere near a 4 star. Good location and friendly staff but terribly outdated and old. Tiniest elevator I’ve ever been in/ barely big enough for 2. STEER CLEAR!!

The check in was clunky The reason seemed to be we didn’t get the check in code without paying another $100 AFTER the booking was charged. I originally thought this was a nonrefundable deposit, but it is not. It is an additional $100 on top of the fees already paid through Expedia. I didn’t fight it at the time because New York was busy and we had landed and needed a place to go. But this definitely felt like I was being scammed Wi-Fi was really weird - a guy had to come to the room three times to get the Wi-Fi working. It would shut off every day and the only way to get it working was for somebody to physically come into the room. Basic cleaning. If you look deeper into the corners and other areas you would see it’s still dirty. Overall incredibly unhappy experience and would not be booking this again
