“I had single room 102. No problems with access arrangements. It was clean and had adequate furnishings a kettle and hairdryer. Bed was comfortable but there was not mattress protector, although mattress was clean. Could do with a blackout curtain. Parking on site was a bonus although there was plenty of street parking. Would use again but booking direct as it is cheaper. Downside was toilets being flushed during night were noisy and disturbed. Fire alarm went off early morning so overall not...

“the room at basement was low ceiling and I felt we were prisoners or maids. do not recommend to stay family room at the basement. afternoon tea and breakfast were great.”

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to Victoria and Katriona, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...
