“First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

“Very happy with our sojourn at the Aparthotel. Jess was a great ambassador for the company, and made checking in very easy. She coped with professional competence when the WiFi died, and updated us when it was fixed. Highly recommended. ”

“Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

“Room was quite superior! Staff accommodating and friendly. Fleece Inn pub was delightful and great food. Bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave nice. Struggled with the expresso machine.”

“The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

“Lovely stay. The apartment was clean, cosy and well located. We were a family of four and there was plenty around for the kids to do. The private parking was excellent and very secure.”

“A very enjoyable stay. The apartment is absolutely immaculate and suited us perfectly. All your needs are catered for. Great location for the shops and restaurants and great to have private secure parking. Also perfectly located to explore the Cotswolds. From start to finish the communication was great. Self check in and out was easy and you felt that if you needed anything, Elliot Oliver staff were always on hand. We would definitely return.”

“There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge. The Boat serves excellent food, but only on certain days - Thursday to Sunday, from memory. BUT beware of the journey there, from the main roads:...

“Casa con ottime potenzialità ma gestita malissimo. Eravamo in 8 con 10 posti letto ma solo con 6 sedie!!! Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione e pranzo a turno bagni piccoli e sporchi lavatrice senza possibilità di stendere. Le foto non corrispondo all'arredamento attuale. ”

“Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper.”
