“The property was impressive with the room being quite a good spec. Huge windows offered a lovely view of the lake area and the stand up fan offered relief from quite a stuffy evening. There were some quality amenities and facilities on site too. The parking was ample but even the closest areas required a sizable walk to reception and that is including the disabled parking bays. The biggest disappointment for me was the dining experience. I ordered a starter and main. The starter took a while...

“Superb hotel, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars ! Food is superb. Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds with super linens. Staff so so helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa is outstanding. Location is just beautiful, with gorgeous views and walks. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.”

Gluten free toast provided on request but no other GF alternatives available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was quite a short one for length swimming, but still it was nice to have a dip! Lovely quiet area to stay in.”

“What a beautiful place, so full of character, we went for our anniversary and was upgraded to a room within the mansion, we even had an anniversary card and the towels were shaped into a pair of swans on our bed. service was great and the food, couldn't fault anything, will definitely go back”

“기차역에서 도보로 이동 가능하고 도심과의 접근성도 편안함. 리셉션의 staff들은 친절하였고, 룸 상태도 양호하였음. 조식은 1층 식당에서 영국식으로 준비되었고 음식의 종류는 다양하지 않았으나, 깔끔하고 맛도 양호했음. 다만, 도로변에 호텔 위치표시가 없어 기차역에서 캐리어를 끌고 찾아갈 경우 초행길이면 다소 어려움이 있을 수 있음.”
