“The restaurant was ridiculously small for the number of guests. Forget about seating arrangements—even when I stayed in the area I was originally guided to, I constantly came back with my food only to find other guests sitting in my spot. On top of that, even the basic dishes were frequently out of stock, making the experience very frustrating. The elevators were another major issue. There was always a long wait, and because they were constantly packed with guests, I often couldn't even get on...

“Lantai kotor berpasir”

“Okay bilik bersih, staf helpful, kedai2 banyak je di bawah hotel senang cari makan. Cuma tula, lif macam seram, asyik nak tersepit je. Sensor rosak ke ale tak tahu la. Harap pihak hotel Alert masalah tu”

The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...
