“the property is located at a very strategic location. There are restaurant that you can dine and convenient stores to get sundry at 8th floor where the gardens is located. However, the one annoying thing is the access card for service apartment often gets override by the resident's master key whenever you are in the lift to your floor. This lead to skipping your floor and taking you a joy ride before you can actually reach your floor when the lift is empty without residents.”

“The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. Noone to show is around or anything. The flat was nice but dishes were not clean. Wifi only works in one corner of the living room. As soon as we had...
