“청소 상태가 엉망이었고, 객실관리도 엉망이었음. 수건에서 냄새가나고 베게에서 찌든 냄새 그리고 세면대 음식찌꺼기가 그대로있었고, 싱크대아래 쓰레기통이 비워져있지 않은체로 있었으며, 쇼파에서도 침냄새 같은 독한 역겨운 냄새가 있었으며 프런트와 하우스키핑에게 연락하려했으나 오후 6시경이었는데도 전화를 받지않았음. 조식은 외부에서 가져온듯한 도시락이었음. 선택의 여지가 없음. 먹든지 말든지 그런태도? 완전 엉망이었음. 피트니스도 더럽고 냄새나며, 수영장 또한 관리되지 않은 상태였음. 단, 하나 좋은점은 쇼핑몰과 같은 건물에 있어 쇼핑이나 식당 가기에 좋다는것 말고는 절대 비추입니다.”

“Convenient for those who love shopping. the room is very well deco and relaxing. Felt very warm and the price is affordable. Will be in 1st list to stay again if coming KL.”

“Property was conveniently located. Used grab for transportation. Cheaper than the subway for 2. Wifi was fast. Netflix on smart tv available if you have an account. Pool with a spectacular view at night, open to 10. Great water pressure for the shower and really good hot water. Washer in unit with drying rack on patio. AC worked well. Lots of eateries around, mall within 1/2 mile, Starbucks, Mc Ds etc”

“All good and helpful. Clean and tidy. But not easy to get there.”

“Located in a very convenient and strategic area. Since it is just next to Atria, there was no problem getting food too. The suite is comfy, clean and safe.”

“Good experience..but the tv cannot watching any channel just only can listen to the radio from the tv..i think should upgrade the channel..n if can put a microwave is more better...the staff very helpful when i ask something...overall is good..will repeated stay here..”

“Very conveniently located adjacent to Da Men & Summit Malls in USJ 1. New property, very clean and secure. The owner/landlady was very helpful and accommodating. Would be good to stock up on some basic utensils, like plates and knives. Rest all ok!”
