"Location was the best! I booked this for my mom and dad and the location was very convenient for them! Its also an anniversary present for them and i’d like to thank all the staff that prepared the room for them and special thanks to the GSAs who wrote lovely messages on the mirror and card! They loved it so much! It made they’re stay very personalised and thank you for all their hard work that they put on decorating the room. Really did appreciate it . "Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great."

"Conveniently located within the KL Sentral transport hub. Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy. Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast. "
