"External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost."

"I had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly. The rooms are super clean water showers. Everything was great. They just don’t have a big swimming pool. That’s about it and fitness center really small but great for business and everything else was excellent."

"This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend."

"After traveling 1300 miles across Brazil on a bus I arrived at the Tcharles the security was very rude extremely not welcoming I don't know if it was because I was black or didn't speak Portuguese either way they were very rude very nasty their other guests were afraid to approach the door because I was waiting for my food that was late so I told the security that I will wait inside so I didn't bother any of their guests well when the food arrived I went to go back outside the security absolutely refused to open the door I left the very next morning hungry and tired from not sleeping all night very stressed out because of that interaction with the security upon me checking out they didn't check me out I was supposed to stay for five days I stayed for one night they charged me for five days please take my advice and do not even bother staying at this place it's very low class and after that experience I will never stay with any Hotel affiliated with the Tcharles of São Paulo"
