“We were assigned a room with where the air conditioner was not functioning. This must be a common problem because the attendant said they had a fix but maintance was not there. She had to move rooms.”

“We couldn’t take a shower at all because the bathtub gets clogged up very fast, the toilet underneath the water starts to come out, the bed sheets are dirty, the WiFi never worked in my room at all, the key card never worked to open the door we had to go to the office every time for a customer service agent to open the door for us, and people playing very loud music near our room. Very bad experience that we went through please refund our money back! It was very upsetting situation.”

“very old facility, i booked a non smoking room and found out that it had the cigarrete smell impregnated in the walls. the breakfast not good, the contruction pretty old, carpets seem old too. bad experience over all. ”

“There was trash left from previous occupant, damaged ac and consequently no air conditioning, we were able to open the window to stay comfortable during the night, evidence of many repairs but poorly done. Not impressed with the facility, the only advantage was that it was much cheaper than other facilities in the area.”
