"I am currently putting this place on my list of never stay there again. I’m p’d off at the fact the hostess told me they have zero clean towels left because housekeeping is short staffed. That being said I could not take a shower because I had no towel to dry off with."

"Room was clean with plenty of towels. The gym had more than average equipment and large comfortable for multiple people although there were few there in the early am. Only issue was parking. A couple of guests had large trailers parked taking up many stalls. Staff had guests park in front of the lobby and use the few ev stalls as there’s no street parking in the area. Once the trailers moved out parking was not a problem"

"It use to be way better. The overall operation need to be reviewed. Rooms were not clean, the amenities in the room are broken or misfit, hairs on the floor and in the tub, The lobby , lift and corridors were dirty. I use to stay with my family furing my visit to OSU. It is change to Motel or Super 6. Also, they charged $10 for parking. that was surprise, with all BS that they have secure and lock doors in parking. I use the parking, and it was never locked and i access it with no check. Its sad to see the property failed to keep up the operations. Use to be much better."
