The hosts were very welcoming, offering us tea in the comfortable sitting room available to their guests. The breakfast spread was copious and varied. "Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."

"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."
