I liked the kitchens had everything you needed pots, coffeepot, plates, and pans, to cook a meal. The TV cable did not have all the channels they said they had. Over all one of my better stays.

At this location the pool was closed, no breakfast (expedia had it listed as breakfast), there was roaches in the first room. They moved us to another room and staffing was attentive & informative to our needs. Stay one night so we didnt put up a fuss but long-term stay don't recommend. Lastly, in a great clean and well put area...

No breakfast, no house cleaning . You have to walk down stairs and get your own stuff . I changed my sheets and had to wait a hour for clean ones …..the elevator is shaky I was scared everytime I got on… now the good stuff .. my room was clean , it was like a mini apartment. The staff was very helpful and respectful. Ita a gas station right in front and up and down the streets every food place you can think of . It’s in a really nice spot . Unlimited coffee on the main floor 24 hr gym an a wash room.. me and my husband stayed for 3 days and we really enjoy it and we will definitely book again.

This property was NOT worth the vert high price that was charged. The room smelled moldy and like old cigarettes. The carpet and bed linens felt moist. The shower had no pressure and was very small. There was no caffeinated coffee available in the room. I have to say the staff was friendly and helpful despite the property issues. Definitely will not pay over $250 a night for a place like this again.

Repairs to lavatory faucet need to be made A/C thermostat was not functioning properly - would display “err” Light from hallway could be seen around the door Door didn’t fit snug enough not to rattle when exterior door was opened. Beds were very comfortable Employees were very nice & helpful Parking was good Room was clean. Being a “handicap” room it should have a taller commode. Water pressure was terrible & water faucet difficult to regulate hot/cold

Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet.
