Had a lovely night stay staff was very polite & helpful
Perfect location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Secure car parking under the hotel. Would definitely revisit.
Clean room, staff were helpful and friendly especially the cleaner on my floor 2nd floor she was nice and stop to have a chat which is good when travelling solo.
On my last day had breakfast which was nice the usual hot and cold food available.
Good location, close to centre of Birmingham. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, good size and comfortable, but a little dated and there was a lack of USB ports in the room.
I stayed here for a concert & apart from sleeping in the room and getting changed, I barely used the hotel, not even for breakfast, but our room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect, not only for the concert venue but the surrounding areas if you're after bars and restaurants

Great location, easy use of car park which was very convenient. Reception staff not so friendly but breakfast staff made up for that. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower as there was a problem with the boiler. However understand that these things happen but was glad that I used shower night before. The coffee machine wasn’t working but maintenance guy was sent up to sort it and provided a new one. I would stay again.

Corridors and rooms were tired and tatty. Every door banged shut - there was no soft or quiet closing. Staff were friendly and professional.
From check in the staff were amazing I have mobility issues and they were most helpful, especially the lady serving in the bar Saturday afternoon and for breakfast Sunday morning. There was a gentleman serving in the bar Saturday evening he was very helpful and friendly. We had a bar meal early evening I had the steak sandwich very well presented and tasted delicious. All in all a very pleasant experience
