A nice hotel, lovely breakfast and good sized rooms, the only observation was the toilet and bathroom being separate, made the hotel feel a little dated, also no sink in with the toilet which is a little unhygienic, else a nice hotel

Lovely staff who were willing to help with any request. Clean and tidy bedrooms. Breakfast had something for everyone. Parking was easily accessible on site but it’s a tight squeeze to get into the car park.

The Aircon was central type. So we cant change to make it colder. Hard to sleep when it was warm for me. Eventho it was spring in UK, but was still too warm to sleep. Location was great and Breakfast was good with good atmosphere of dining area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice surprise to be upgraded from the room I had originally booked. Room was clean and spacious. Location is good - it is a few minutes walk from the centre of Birmingham and plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice.

Hotel staff were great and very helpful when approached. Only down side was that some of the electrical switches and plugs were showing their age. The bed side light did not work and there was only one free socket in the room. The bar area was very nice and great for a chill out. Overall good hotel for the value.

Room was fairly basic but quite big. Was warm and no air con so had to have windows open and it was noisy until very late at night. The staff were excellent and very quickly found something I had left behind in the room and the breakfast was also very good.
