"The room I ended up in was not even among the photos shown. In fact I think most of the photos are of the owners personal residence. Luckily I had a short overnight stay, my room was musty and furnishing was old as well as a very musty smell there were no windows, just a glass door as it was a room under the house. My room said balcony and there as a patio but it was downstairs and i had to carry my bags up stairs when I was leaving. The owner did help me carry one bag when I arrived. The photos...

"The room was exactly as promised. Well-located for us, quiet and clean. The available drinks were a great plus. Our only problem related to the shower, which was not separated from the toilet. We had to be extra careful when showering and still the floor could get very wet."

"Had a good stay at the guesthouse! Clean and comfortable and good option for shorter trips to Bari."

"First, the positives - room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Now the negatives (1) hard to find the place there is a small sign on the door, about 10 by 12 inches and no street name. We had to ask a few locals and most of them didn’t know where it was. (2) nowhere did it say you have to climb 50+ stairs in a very hot stairwell, to get to the room. There is no elevator. We were on a three week trip with two large suitcases. "The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is very centrally situated, perfect for a city break. The room was clean, quiet and as expected in a city centre had a small bathroom. The kettle was great for a morning drink but walk outside and you are spoiled for choice of places to eat and drink. To repeat again fantastic location "

"We use Molfetta as the base to different cities like Trani and Bari and other places. The town is a hidden gems and less tourist. The hotel is a conversion from monastery and the suite is so well planned. Location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk from old centre. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good service to the valet parking. The suite is big and have a big balcony enjoying the pano view to the harbor. We stayed for 3 nights and the stay is very enjoyable ! If go Molfetta, must try this hotel. "
