“This is our second time at Kariwak and we really love it. This time we visited for the hokidays and New Year. Basically you are staying in a small private botanic garden waking up to the sound of the next door, rooster, numerous birds singing,, with morning yoga and delicious included breakfast. The staff is amazing. The beach is walkable but there is also a shuttle. “Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum. Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too rectify the problem. Kindly...

“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....
