“We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets. “We were fortunate to be beachfront. We peeked into some rooms that weren’t and felt we would have been very disappointed if we had chosen otherwise. To be clear, there is no beach. The only beach is a bumpy 45 drive away at Secret Beach. There is a large clean and well maintained space in front of the hotel that is safe with sand brought in. Haley and the staff at the front desk were above average as well as the security team including Alexander The annoying issue was housecleaning....

“The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....
