From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere). โI checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king roomโthe room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation.

โThis was my second stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was good, the lady running it does her job extremely well. Nothing runs out when she's on shift! She's off Sundays and Mondays FYI! Great lady! There's a killer burger place less than 2 miles from here, KC's. I'm pretty sure I'll stay here again next time I come up.โ
