"For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel. "

"Spent two nights at the suite room. Cleaning standard and amenities were just for 2-3 stars hotel. The floor was with unacceptable standard. Also, there might be electronic error or miscommunication, I got a phone call from the staff, she thought I spend only one night. I had to wait more than five mins while she finished to check my booking. Breakfast buffet was fine, but it was too busy, had to wait for my coffee for a long time. By the way, staff were nice and parking was easy. "

"It is surprising to arrive and informed had to share bathroom. Did not have privacy. Where was the information before hand. We were blindsided and couldn’t rebook elsewhere. Terrible. Avoid this hotel if you know what is best."

"Don’t arrive after 10pm, we had arranged 11pm check in but when we arrived they made us wait in the car for 30 minutes until someone turned up to check us in. The pool was filthy so couldn’t swim. The apartment had no windows but it had a skylight in the bedroom so we were woken up early every morning (terrible design). Good location, big apartment, expensive parking."
