"Rooms and the whole area in and around the hotel are all clean and new. The view from the front is amazing, and it is really close to the city center but still isolated enough from the crowd and noise. Out of all the positives, the best part is the staff. They were so nice and helpful; it was a true delight to stay here, and I will come back for sure! "

"The hotel is nice and staff was friendly. We had a few hiccups during our stay and I think there is major improvements to be made - we asked for a cot for our baby and it was broken and unsafe for our baby to sleep in. We got a new cot the next day which was in good condition but very dusty. We stayed in a room with bunk beds and found out that it was very dusty and dirty behind the bed. Coffee in the room was not replenished every day. We asked for baby items to be left in the room before arrival and had to chase to get those items in the rooms. Overall good stay because the bedroom was comfortable and the location was convenient but need to improve the housekeeping. "

"Easy to find, lift to 8th floor a little messy. Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and had refreshments. My room was a good size. View on the side of another apartment block. So need to keep the curtains closed in the evening. Fridge didnt work, coffee machine had the wrong size pods, the hair dryer kept cutting out and had sellotape atound the button. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. However the walls had many scuffs, paint defects and a few areas of peeling wallpaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Number 26 to Central Amsterdam so very convenient. "
