When I come back through this way, I will stay at this Hotel because of Lisa! My first interacted with Lisa on the phone, confirming my reservation and that in itself was a truly incredible experience of a person who cares and was very efficient, professional, and courteous! We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape.
