“Staff were incredibly nice. Beautiful new hotel. Managers were helpful, kind and worked really hard to ensure we were happy. Mama juju, who is often working in their boutique, but also helps hosting in the restaurant, is the absolute sweetest.Customer service was best at our hotel, and better than anywhere else on the island that we visited including at the Ritz. The gym is tiny but well equipped. Would highly recommend. ”

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. “The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”

“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. If you remain clean room without cookies crumb, they won’t show up. Ants there were not harmful, just want their meal. This resort provided free shuttle to their own beach in Grace Bay,...

“The Zenza was exactly as depicted online Beautiful property walking distance to Smith's Reef or coconut beach. The room was immaculate. Staff here is incredible. They go above and beyond for everyone. Mario at the front desk was excellent. The breakfast pastries vary each day and were delicious. Snorkel gear is a nice extra as I snorkeled here every day. “Nice quiet property not too far from the built up Grace Bay Shopping and hotel area. Nice location across from Turtle Cove Marina. Staff was nice but was not much help when it came to advise or information on local activities or touristy type things to do. Our garden view was a view of the parking lot.”
