Everything was fine overall, except for some billing issues we faced. At check-in and check-out, reception staff assured us we would receive the $150 back, but this wasn't clearly explained. When we contacted billing, we were told the refund had already been processed back to our card, which contradicts what we were told earlier. The explanation from billing was also quite rude.
