The bartender is also the food server and busser in the restaurant. There is no concierge nor baggage porters. I realize it is low season, but for a higher end hotel, it really felt sparse. I saw almost no other customers.
The room was dirty! I found party remnants in the room ( a party streamer/confetti) and there was tape all over the windows inside. The window itself is filthy.
The bed was lumpy. Hardly slept and awoke with a backache.
