Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy

Communication in the build up and during check in was fantastic. The pictures represented the property, the bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the property was spotless. However, we had a problem 1 evening and needed to reach the host, the only way to try to contact was through various automated channels and we never heard back from anyone despite including a video of the problem.
