"The hotel is well located in an upscale part of town. Major shopping nearby. The rooms are large with a kitchenette. The handicapped room we had with two queen beds was most accommodating. There's no breakfast but First Watch is next store. My big gripe after 4 nights in other hotels was the bed covering blanket/sheet. It was summer, and an 84 degree day in Boise. Our room air conditioner worked but had a very noisy fan that had an uneven sound that was disturbing at night, so we turned it off. In all the other properties, the bedding had a layered sheet, comforter and another sheet and then bed spread. Here is was the old fashioned full duvet that had the comforter tucked into the sheet envelope. The problem, it's too warm on a pleasant evening. It may be great on a freezing night but not in the summer. Elsewhere we used a sheet and removed the comforter and had a good temperature. We slept poorly here because it was such a pain to remove everything from it's sheets envelope. Get real about winter bedding and something for warmer weather."
