"Cassia Hotel provided the highest level of satisfaction in every aspect, including its location and service. However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate. The floors hadn’t been thoroughly swept, with visible dust ,dust and crumbs in some areas. The bathroom also had issues, including hair in the sink and shower, and the towels didn’t feel or smell as fresh as I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Even the bedding left me feeling uneasy, with stains and holes that suggested it hadn’t been properly changed. This really impacted my ability to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleanliness standards, as this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay with more attention to detail."
