"Rooms are huge, spotless, and the view of the ocean and mountains is incredible. In my opinion, the best part of this hotel was its ambiance and location.
However, a big warning to future guests booking on this platform: The infinity pool you see in all the marketing photos is NOT included with room booking. It's listed as a "Pool" amenity and the gym is listed as free, even self-parking is free, so you'd assume the pool is too. Felt really like a bait-and-switch when we arrived.
So, beautiful, comfortable hotel but this hidden fee policy I feel is dishonest and impacted the experience. It's possible this is just the standard for hotels in the area. If this is the case, the profile for these stays should all clearly disclose whether the amenity is included or "available" as alternative language."
