The staff here was very accommodating. We we were all jetlagged and they let us sleep in and worked around us. The beds were super comfortable for all of us."

Unfortunately when I arrived no room had been booked for me at the Kaiser Karl in spite of my reservation confirmation from Expedia and the hotel was full. The staff member on reception was fabulous and sorted me an alternative hotel and covered the costs of a taxi to get me there. Thankfully the hotels were also able to sort out a transfer of funds which I had already paid for Kaiser Karl. No idea if this situation was the fault of Expedia or...
