The hotel is in a good location with the main restaurant area being a 5min walk, the tram link is about 5mins and Nice train station is about 10mins walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In late spring / mid-May when the maximum daily temperatures were 20°C, we had the air-conditioning on "full" overnight but still found ourselves waking up during the night sweating and dehydrated."
