The owners Linda and Ken are so welcoming helpful and friendly you can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend I’ve stayed in the Blue Bird room and the Rose Room! Rose room is my favorite for the claw foot bath tub! I will hopefully make this a yearly stay!

Linda and Ken are the best. Kind and gracious. The rooms are unique and lovely. The breakfasts are wonderful. Fresh fruit, egg and veggie fritata. Gourmet. Don't make the mistake of staying the night and leaving before breakfast!

Oh my goodness. This place is fantastic! We stayed here for parents weekend at Mizzou. 20 minutes from Columbia and away from the crowds and noise. The breakfast in the morning was incredible and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. We felt spoiled all weekend!

Beautiful, Cozy, Great Service

What a cozy place with beautiful touches. The garden in the back is so peaceful. The bed is comfy and my bathroom was luxurious. The managers even drove me to Wal Mart since i forgot how cold it is camping on the Katy Trail! And this was a very easy location to bike to!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Room was beautiful and very comfortable, as was the the entire house and grounds. Breakfast was delicious and far superior to what you get in most restaurants, let alone a hotel. The best part, however, was the hospitality. Ken and Linda go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions or anything else you might need. An absolutely delightful experience.

Ken and Linda made me feel like I was staying with my wealthy parents! I am a single mom and was on a weekend getaway just for me. Linda was so accommodating with my morning meals! It was fun to meet the other travelers staying as well. The property is absolutely gorgeous so much detail and it felt very luxurious. I stayed in the blue bird room but will be going back to stay in the Rose room as it has a clawfoot bath tub. I shopped, dined and walked everywhere! 10/10 I came home recharged and so glad I booked where I did!
