“El hotel tiene excelente ubicación. Del staff, se puede sacar el bartender y los de seguridad qué son muy amables. Las "housekeping", limpian super lentooo... Te vas a las 8am y llegas a las 4pm y no han limpiado, además son poco amables. No tiene laundry. Las de recepción ni una sonrisa te regalan. El hotel, no tiene buena limpieza.”

“The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.”
