"Shady "lobby" area. Plexiglass with a hole to speak to employee. Old and dingy. Room was pretty clean. Not mentioned when booking, but there is a $100 deposit along with your nightly rate. The sign on the window said if put on a credit card you should get your refund in 7-10 days. "

"This is what used to be The Water Club before MGM took over the Borgata. Clean rooms, quite large, well-appointed. Hotels and casinos everywhere are a bit down-at-heel post-COVID, especially as the travel economy has weakened as wealthy foreigners avoid the US. There's not much around the Borgata except Harrahs, and the area isn't at all walkable. My personal regret is that Bobby Flay's Steaks has been replaced by a Michael Symon Italian restaurant. My wife and I were huge fans of Flay's...

"The condo was very spacious. The resorts was walking distance to the beach. It is walking distance to other resorts which made it convenience for going around. The communication with customer service was excellent. "

"Wonderfully surprised when we walked into the apartment. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and more. From the communications and attention to details and all the extra little touches in the apartment, this was by far the cleanest and best summer vacation place by the beach we have vacationed in. Location was awesome with the arcade below and boardwalk and casinos nearby. There was something for everyone to do in our group of 8 of different ages. Totally no complaints about CozySuites...
