"This property is in a fantastic location. Great feature to have building conveniently located onsite, under the hotel. The building layout is odd and could be a significant challenge for guests with mobility issues. There is only one elevator and the property spans one small city block. "This is a fabulous hotel. We had an excellent large king room on the 2nd floor. The stunning hotel is impeccably clean and absolutely beautiful. Everyone from the valet to the front check in person to the incredible concierge was unbelievably welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and of course well presented (baked pastries, steel cut oats--although pricey) Louie at the bar was friendly and made a great margarita. Elizabeth (concierge) went above and beyond to make last minute reservations for dinner for us. Definitely an outstanding experience at Fairmont Copley."
