"Super clean hotel. Concierge was a big help with some activities I had in downtown Boston, as well as helping me get there. Gorgeous views of the Harbor My one comment is it is not close to downtown and I would only stay here if I was leaving out of Logan. Which I was, and it took less than 5 min to get to my gate. So another perk. Would stay again if I’m heading out of Logan"

"I stayed here primarily because the Seaport can accommodate requests for fragrance free stays. The room was clean and hypoallergenic, which met my needs. The location is across the street from a public transportation station, so this made getting to a bus or train easy. There's lots of food nearby too. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"I was able to check in extra early, around noon, while normal check in was 4:00pm. The staff was real kind, the lobby was busy with people coworking, and the room was clean. Loved the bathroom totes! And the shampoo and conditioner was a great brand! No detail was missed!"

"Great hotel, but it's the little things that will throw off your day. CitizenM doesn't provide irons to iron clothes in your room, but they have 1 ironing station in every floor for all the rooms to share. However, the iron wasn't working well and I had to settle for a wrinkled shirt and pants."
