Very cozy, well organized, well maintained, clean, unique amenities, pleasant and quiet neighborhood, close to shops in one direction and the beach in the opposite direction. Only 2 available on-site parking spots, but parking on the street looked ok. The owner, Karl, is a gracious and helpful host. This will be my go-to Bournemouth accommodation, as the location is very close to the family I have in the same area. Excellent rating from me on all points.

Very nice, me and 3 friends came to stay and the beds were comfy and it was a really nice room, there isn’t a bathroom or shower in the room so keep that in mind but it does say that in description. And my only point was there was a smoky smell outside the room but the room smelt fine, so in case your sensitive to smoky smells. But the room was well ventilated and the fan was a nice touch. The owner was lovely super kind and helpful!

2 minutes walk to the Bournemouth O2 Arena Venue

Needed somewhere close by the O2 venue. It is 2 minutes away!!! Reasonable price. Clean & tidy. Helpful manager. The decor is older but in good order. Perfect for my need. No brainer if you are there for a gig...!

bed was comfortable and the location was fine with a vehicle, but there were shared bathrooms on the floors...something we wouldn't have chosen. The room was small. There was parking right in front of the hotel. We did enjoy Bournemouth in general

I'd go back for sure. Very close to the beach and superclean shared facilities. Room smelled a bit like the room of a smoker but no complains anyway as we had to spend the whole day out.

A lively little find

This hotel was a great little find and reminded me of traditional seaside hotels from yesteryear! Although the room didn’t have en-suite a bathroom was next door offering more space than standard en suite. Also a little kitchenette was a useful addition. WiFi speed could be improved and decor needs a facelift. Shame no longer offering breakfasts. However, the garden was lovely, host very helpful and all in all a very enjoyable experience.

A good overnight before the Ferry. Small single room, but not basic. Tea/Coffee, TV, small sink, wardrobe - all you could want at a competitive price.
