โI love this hotel and the staff. I have stayed here probably 10 times over the past few years. The rooms are starting to look a little tired. the furniture in my room had scrapes and marks all over them, and the bathroom needs to be updated. The shower heads have so so flow. I also would upgrade the TV's (Bigger) and the bedding is rough and should be more plush and higher grade. I will continue to stay here, but i think it needs a faceift. โ
โGood location for traveling to Lake Tahoe from San Francisco. Close to shopping malls and various types of restaurants within a few minutes driving. The facility was good and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good quality. โ
โOur stay at the hotel was very nice. It was easy to find and everything was good. All of staff were very friendly, pleasant and courteous.
We checked in early evening on Wednesday and Kaitlin took care of getting us checked in and helped us with some information about the area. the following evenings when we return to the hotel Kaitlin would always greet us and ask how our day was and if we needed anything. โNice property to sneak away for a night celebrating my wife's birthday. Was very quiet and comfortable. Really appreciate the attention to detail and items provided for use/covenience. We were the only ones at the facility so extra quiet. Since middle of week there was not a lot going on in town so not much to do!โ
โI booked a nights' stay to be near mother who was being admitted to boarding care. There was a glitch in her transfer and I was unable to modify my reservation to the new admissions date. Lost my reservation and money, and was charged even more money for a new reservation. Hotels.com said it was a hotel policy; the hotel said it was hotels.com.โ
"The hotel is being renewed, so there is a construction noise.The room is clean and modern.I gave up taking a shower twice because the hot water didn't come out. I only used the free breakfast for one day. They give me free wine in the evening, but I didn't use it."
