โHad a couple of technical issues. Iโm not surprised as it is a new venue running some state of the art systems. Problems happen. The staff went out of their way to assist. That is the measure of a great company. Problems could not be fixed then and there, however they made sure I was happy. Gold star. โ
โThis property was the highlight of our 4-property trip. We stayed in a near new double bedroom family cabin which was more modern that our house. We could watch the kids from our balcony which was very handy. The only downfall was how soft the bed was. It was like sleeping in a hammock. Other than that, 10/10 experience. Would 100% visit again.โ

โI thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement.
I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one.
Was appreciated making the second night more bearable.
