"Self checkin avaliable upon entry. Opted to find a member of staff who was very friendly and welcoming. Paid parking which at £4.00 per night seemed excessive but stated when booking. Clean, well presented room, seemed fairly recently redecorated although the carpets throughout clean but in need of refreshing. Very pleasant stay. Bathroom with bath above shower, very quiet room and very comfy bed. Will return if in the area."

"Overall the stay was ok but a few things that needed improvement. The window in the room was faulty, surely they know of this prior to me staying. The oven had broken down on the occasion I stayed, I understand, things can happen but they could have fried the items or used an air fryer for missing breakfast items. Location was ok, but weird layout, why have reception on 2nd floor? The staff were friendly though and water was warm from shower. However overall, I would not stay again. "

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "
