“We were scared when we first saw the exterior of the property. It is in terrible condition. But we decided to go inside. Let's just say it was definitely one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" experiences. So nice! And the staff was so helpful and welcoming!!! Great, clean room and breakfast was made to order (eggs over easy...sausage...and potatoes). So glad we stayed! Thanks!!!”

“We weren't able to make our first date of our reservation due to unexpected illness and they forfited our reservation kept all our money and re-rented out our room to someone else and then cause they were the only hotel with a room available we had to book another room for our stay and charged us premium rates for it. Terrible customer service.”

“The recent renovations of this hotel is like putting lipstick on a pig. Unsafe neighborhood with gambling houses nearby and INSIDE the hotel by the front desk. Lots of undesirable people staying and living in the hotel, rusted out rails and stairs. The rooms themselves are alright, but the overall impression of the hotel has you counting down the hours until you can check out.”

“If we hadn’t shown up at 11pm we would have tried to find another hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant, but the hallway and room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom tiles were broken and lose, the vanity sink was spidered, cracks in the wall and ceiling and just a lot of neglect to the room/property. We were thankful the sheets appeared to be clean and the a/c worked.”
