โThe manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didnโt do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. โThe room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!โ
โIt was nice having a tv in the front room and another in the bedroom so that way my son and I can warch our own thing. The room was nice, clean, spacious. I did wish our particular room had a microwave in it.โ
โOverall the hotel is great! We stayed there for the night after attending a concert at Tinley Park, so the location is perfect. Iโm taking off a star ONLY because the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. At 6am I swear there was a soccer game on the floor above us and full conversation maybe next door or in the hall. Balls were bouncing and shaking everything. Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely stay there if attending another concert! โ
โThe ice machine worked the first day we arrived, but it broke down and wasnโt repaired until our last day. We were ar the hotel for 10 days, The front desk would give us ice if we went downstairs. โ
"The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
