Walls are thin, but no complaints about the room. Good views. Staff was very helpful I appreciated the access to coffee, computer, outlets, and bag check in the lobby. It would have been nice if early check in was available.

Excellent valet service. One front desk attendant was friendly but the other couldn’t be bothered to stop reading her book and assist us. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

Great breakfast at the bakery,room staff friendly great location. Air conditioner loud and old room needs updating is old but clean street noise even in the seventh floor was loud. The area during the daytime great at night a different experience. This property is way overpriced.

Location is great, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and several parking options. The bathroom shown in the picture is not the same one we got, it was a lot smaller and dated. There was no control for hot water in the shower, either hot or cold water. Room also needs to be updated, furniture was very banged up.

A short walk to soldier field and eating places around the area. The staff were friendly and professional. The room needs an updated. It says it’s a smoke free hotel which is not true at all. The room they have us in smelled like cigarettes smoke. They did changed us to a different room but when we walk the hallway it smells like marijuana. It has like a musty smell through hallways and bedroom. I will not be staying here again.
