Yes. Room was clean. I enjoyed visiting with the cleaning staff. The desk staff was always helpful giving directions. The adjoining restaurant had great food. The location could not be better for going to the "Chicago sites" that Chicago is known for. I plan to post a copy of the business card in a local chat group.

Upon entering the hotel, staff was very friendly :). The hotel is located around a couple amazing brunch places and near grant park aswell. The room was very clean and provided the usual amenities. Would definitely recommend and come back if I’m ever around chicago again :)

Great location and the staff was great. Hotel has had a facelift in the lobby but the rooms have not. Carpet needed to be vacuumed and there was no hot water. We got a corner room for the views and the windows have not been cleaned in a long time. It was ok, probably wouldn’t stay there again with other hotels being in the same price bracket.
