“Very clean and very well decorated.”

“Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. The property needs some maintenance, a broken cupboard door in...

“접근성 좋고 가격 대비 조식 등이 좋았음”

“It is a great place to stay”

“Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch.”

“Needs better bar, receptionist could serve drinks but not ideal. Breakfast finishes at 9am which is too early.”

“The hotel is old but is well looked after and quite nostalgic I would recommend”

“시설좋고 깨끗하고 아침식사서비스 직원응대빼곤 다 좋았습니다”

“Lovely big room and excellent value for money. We have paid twice as much for half as nice in other places. Very pleasant staff and everything is very clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. My husband enjoyed the large 20m swimming pool. We had a great stay and would be happy to return”

“Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed”

“Located in downtown Leeds, it is in a great location for sightseeing on foot with family.”

“Stunning building. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch having cans of still water in the fridge and a little bottle of fresh milk for the coffee and tea. Shower was easy to operate and towels were a generous size. Extractor fan turned on automatically once you are near the bathroom area. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Everything was so fresh and cooked to perfection. Scrambled eggs were delicious and fluffy. Coffee was from a machine that was self operated but it was a...
